2010 tour de france rotterdam
Looking for challenging training group?

I'm training for the Tour de France 2010. I will be riding the 3600 kilometers a day before the Pro with a group of friends from the Netherlands. We will ride the Tour of charity (www.kika.nl) and for the prestation sports staff. The Tour will start July 2 in my hometown of Rotterdam, Netherlands. Because I am currenlty working as a research associate at SFGH'm looking for a training group to make things more organized then are today. I would like to participate in practice Monday through Friday and long-distance travel during the weekends. Who can help me to join a training group challenge?

It is best to start training now, because only six months. The Prologue will be a pleasant walk it is only 8 km. The second day will be a little harder to 224 km, is 192 kilometers on Monday, Tuesday at 2:07, which is 390 miles before starting on Wednesday trip. Do not know about you but I would be very tired after of the first three days after the prologue. Good luck with your effort and let us know how you do. Try some standard metric centuries to Tune Up
