What to give for a retirement / birthday present?

Father of the Bride I just retired from a job as an elementary school principal. She's a party on his birthday on Saturday, and I really need ideas on what to give. She basically has no plans about what to do now that he's retired. His main hobby is unique bike, and loves the Tour De France. Help?
