What is the combative Jersey (red jersey), issued in the Tour de France?
Most countries have no shirt to more militant (aggressive) in the Tour. As a previous answer said, it is a white number on a red background. There is no single factor to distance or other resources needed to win. The number given out by the judges based on their interpretation of the previous day's stage.
